Label Manager & Artists Manager _Paris

Léa Hardouin-Finez

I believe in creating spaces where artists can feel understood, supported, and free to grow.
— Léa

Léa studied composition and music production before working as a sync agent for a company based in Los Angeles. Now the manager of Julien Marchal and label manager, she brings at Whales Records, both artistic and technical sensitivity to every project she supports.

A musician at heart, she plays piano and latin percussions, and designed her own multi-mic conga VST.

At Whales, she bridges creativity and management, always keeping artists and art at the center of every decision, with empathy, and a shared belief in independence.
